About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions into our products and business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with machine learning and Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to build scalable AI services that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for business applications.
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications, AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Work with OpenAI APIs and other AI models to develop practical AI-powered features.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and relevant data sources.
• Integrate AI services with REST APIs, databases, and existing software platforms.
• Prepare, process, and analyse datasets for AI model development and evaluation.
• Optimise AI solutions for performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and appropriate security controls.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to identify AI use cases.
• Monitor deployed AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve their performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience integrating AI models with REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI development frameworks.
• Experience building AI agents and multi-step automation workflows.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI security
